Millie's Living Cafe

Right in the center of Wyndhurst Virginia is Health Nut Nutrition. From all natural hair care and skin care, supplements, teas, and almost any food you can think of, this health shop offers something for everyone. Health & wellness specialists are available there to answer all of your questions. Attached to Health Nut is Millie's Living Cafe. This cafe is an all vegan cafe and only uses the freshest and purest organic ingredients. All the food is NON-GMO and vegan organic certified, so you can feel good about what is going into your body. With all they offer, this cafe is anything from ordinary. They offer a wide selection of fruit bowls packed full of energy and goodness. My favorite is the Dragon Bowl (pictured below). If you like pretty food, this is a must because it displays gorgeous colors of purples, greens and reds, from the pitaya, strawberry, banana, almond butter, plant protein and nut mlyk. Aside from this they offer five other bowls to choose from.

They have kombucha on tap from local vendors and a wide selection of juices and coffees. My favorite of the juices is the Pineapple Zen which has pineapple, cucumber, jalapeno and celery. Sounds like a funky combination but man.. it's good!

With warm lighting and plenty of seating, the atmosphere is enough to make you want to stay awhile. Head over to Health nut for all your shopping needs and then grab something tasty and good for you on the way out!
