Biscuit lovers unite! Fried apple biscuit, Tofu biscuit, Fried Cajun Catfish Biscuit, Fried chicken biscuit...ect... Oh and they range from only $2.00-$4.00! Last week my hubby & I went to buy mountain bikes at East Coasters Bike Shop in Roanoke VA. Before that venture we went to brunch at Scratch Biscuit Co. Guys this place is SO cute and SO good. They offer the wildest biscuits I have ever had. They have the classics and then they offer crazy good combination biscuits that you won't see anywhere else. I was basic and ordered the fried chicken biscuit.. but let me tell you there was nothing basic about it. I was expecting an average size biscuit since they where only $3.00 each so I ordered two... As soon as we got our order I quickly discovered their biscuits are HUGE, I was only able to eat one. My first thought was, how is this all homemade and such a good deal.. my second thought was, how have I not been here before??? My third thought was.. why did I order two of these because they are huge haha. You can tell this is a locals favorite, because of how much take out they do and how busy they are. All I'm saying is I cannot wait to go back! The atmosphere is a 10/10 and the customer service was great! This is a hidden gem of Roanoke VA and a must try.
